#BrosiaEATS: DINNER // Zucchini Spaghetti


My taste buds were set on Zucchini Spaghetti tonight-- in fact, my taste buds have craved the dish for the past several weeks.  In 2015 my goal is to refrain from eating out often.  Last year I ate out 4-5 times a week, some weeks were better than others.  It is way too often that I go out to eat and am totally not pleased with my meal, wishing I'd stayed home and made something myself.  I am tired of wasting calories on ill food.

I went out and purchased a Veggetti today I've had my eye on it for a few weeks and I'm pretty certain this is like, one of the best purchases that I've made this month!  Satisfying my cravings, Zucchini Spaghetti for dinner tonight, tomorrow night and maybe even the night after, ha!

    1. It's a super quick meal with, it only takes about 10-15 minutes!

  2. Do you cook it like normal spaghetti? I have a julienne peeler which makes zoodles I believe :)

    1. I saute it in a skillet with EVOO until it's al dente. It can also be eaten raw
