I'm often asked about how to keep skin free of breakouts, and my only answer is keeping a clean face and consuming h2o.
Do you know how much water you should be consuming on a daily basis?

According to my Daily Hydration Calculator,
I should be drinking about 2 liters (65.5 oz) of water on a daily basis, that's easy! Think about it, that is only about 4 bottles of water a day.
When I wake up in the morning,
I eat breakfast and take my daily vitamins with a 16.9 FL OZ bottle of water.
I grab my morning coffee, and follow up with another 16.9 FL OZ bottle of water.
I do this because coffee is very dehydrating, and can easily
suck the life out of your skin--leaving you with a dull complexion.
Around lunch time I'll normally have a lemonade or fruit punch to drink, and I'll sip on a water throughout the remainder of the day.
My last bottle of water is normally at night, right before bed.
