WHY YOU SHOULD TAKE A BREATHER


Do you ever find yourself at a halt when it comes down to tackling a task? Becoming overwhelmed with the feeling that you will never get the job done in time.  Overwhelmingly deep thoughts begin to develop which makes you question your ability to even do the task. This is a common feeling that we all have or had at some point.  I previously suffered from it and I am now happy to say that I am beyond over it and would like to offer you my "no-brainer" fix to this problem!

Avoid Anger & Frustration
Being irritable is the first problem here, what we bring in is exactly what we will put out.
When you receive a task, instead of thinking of all of the time and detail you will need to
put into it, tell yourself you will knock that task out easily!  Take each step as it comes, do
not over think it, we don't want to get ahead of ourselves.

Solution
Stop what you are doing, tune out everything in your surrounding area, close your eyes. Deep inhale, smooth exhale.  Inhale positive energy, exhale releasing your worries, fears and frustration.  Repeat 3-5 times

This is one of the simplest forms of meditation that we can all use on a daily basis at any given time of the day.  When you begin to feel overwhelmed with the many tasks of life, simply stop what you're doing, find your peace in your mind and simply breathe.
