Smoothies are great to have and simple to create! Always keep your favorite fruit and veggies on hand to assure you'll be able to create a smoothie. I find smoothie recipes at times but what really works for me is just throwing in healthy things. Normally I make sure I include at least 1 veggie (spinach, kale, celery, etc. ) and 2 fruits. Depending on how I feel, I'll add almond milk, or organic apple juice.

1 Banana
Pineapples (Include some of the juice)
Small Handful of Blueberries
Vanilla Almond milk
