". . .LITTLE PEOPLE"

Remember the little people I truely dislike the saying for many reasons, just to name a couple:

1. It's a self-degration to even let those words come out of your mouth
2. It's awkward, how to do you even respond to that?

Were they around before there was progress? Many people will become your friend just to be along for the ride.  As I have previously stated many people will begin to flock to you during a particular time that your work is finally being noticed.  Remember who your REAL friends are and keep your grass cut low so that those snakes are capable of being found. 

I am in no way telling you not to meet new people, that is a part of your growth in life.  What I am saying is always keep your eyes wide open and listen to everyone around you, understand exactly what they are saying their reason for being around will come out, it's just a matter of you hearing it.  Good/Bad

THOSE NEGATIVE THINGS

I am a there every single day and never call in sick type of girl.  I went through K-High School without missing a single day of school.  That's something to be proud of, especially in high school when it seems like most people were highly influenced to "ditch class".  I very much so put that same effort into my work,  I've been in the office every day; It is rare that I take a day off.  Last year I'd earned so much vacation time If you don't use it, you loose it and that is exactly what happened.  When the new year hit  I told myself I'm going to use my vacation time even if I'm not actually going on vacation.

I needed to take a day off and knew that it would be no problem since I am always in the office and never call in sick.   I had some things to take care of regarding my very own business.  I was given the approval, but to my surprise I was also told "You know, you need to schedule those type of things on the weekend.  Remember this is your main job and this is where you get your money"  *scoops jaw up off of the floor* I cackled to myself on the inside and did a single nod to say "Okay".

Once I left the office, I beat myself up for a minute wondering why I did not correct her, but of course-- I kept my mouth closed because I know that she will see in due time, the day that I can put in my notice.  Sometimes silence is louder than words, and she'll see that.

Something that she is totally unaware of is the fact that THIS isn't my main job, it is merely the place where most of my precocious time is wasted.  Yes there is income, but lets face it most people in office positions don't get paid the amount that they deserve.  In the office world it is a dog eat dog world, no matter what kind of office you are in.

MY FAV LIPSTICK(S)

SISS, SNOB, CHERISH, HALF 'N HALF, TWIG,

All of the lipsticks that I often wear are within the same shade, I don't really venture out unless I'm feeling bright and in that case I go with a Red-Orange, or Purple.  the above listed colors are my safe choices that I could go to on any given day and still feel confident about what is on my lips.
